Today, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "SEZ "Seaport Aktau" Kabashev A.T. took part in a meeting of the Project Office of the Mangistau region to review projects in the basic direction "Entrepreneurship and industry" under the leadership of Deputy Akim of the Mangistau region Orynbasarov B.T. with the participation of heads of local authorized bodies, the Project Office and basic directions. During the meeting, the results of activities in the basic direction for 9 months of the current year, issues of project monitoring, timeliness of change management and corrective actions on projects, other issues aimed at organizing and conducting effective work in the basic direction, and in general the Project Office, highlighted the importance of implementing a project management system in the activities of government agencies. Following the meeting, a number of specific instructions were given.
